This is an antique Calvary officer's field boot jack. An English, oak and brass campaign shoe pull with tools, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1800.
- Fascinating boot aid, ideal for field use in the time of the Napoleonic Wars
- Displays a desirable aged patina, lightly time-worn commensurate with use
- Two-piece folding oak frame presents rich caramel hues
- Opens upon broad brass hinges, the upper set with bracket feet for raising the jack
- Pair of lace pulling tools reside within the reverse of the frame, held in with sliding clasps
