This is an English antique, Regency side table dating to c.1830.
Simple, elegant and modest in form, the deep, rich warm honey hues of the finish glow with an aged patina on this useful side table, perfect for a lamp and coasters next to a sofa.
Rising from a walnut veneered tri-form base terminating in classic Regency scrolled toes, a relief moulded walnut collar supports the tapered octagonal column which elevates the table top, edged with a lipped moulding above recessed apron, to a comfortable 74cm height.
A joyful little table with solid joints. Delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
