This is a large vintage carriage chest. A Welsh, stained pine linen trunk, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1950.

Generously sized - ideal for coffee table use
Displays a desirable aged patina
Stained pine in good order with dark caramel hues
Dressed with long iron clasps and a pair of carriage handles to each side
Hand-painted detail to top reads 'Major Warner R.E, Corner, Limeslade Bay, Mumbles, Glamorgan'
