This is a large antique charger. A Belgian, ceramic serving plate with decorative finish, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1920.

Of generous proportion with a charming Delft blue & white taste
Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good original order
Substantial white ceramic hosts a fine cobalt blue scene
Reassuring weight in the hand at 4.13kg (9.10 lb)

Centre hosts a traditional Belgian castle dock scene
Broad rim accentuated with ornate foliate patterns
Maker's mark to the rear for Boch Frères Keramis with artist's initials MG
