This is a large antique bronze dinner gong mounted in an iron frame with medieval overtones to the styling, Victorian c.1900.

Hammered finish with deep sides

Burnished iron frame with medieval overtones
Shepherds crook finials and riveted joints
Decorated with roundels and standing upon scrolled toes
Wooden beater with later cork striker
