This is a heavy, vintage garden chair in cast iron, a traditional foundry cast English seat dating to the mid 20th century.
- Extremely heavy casting at over 50lbs, (23Kg) - it will not blow over in the wind
- Finished in a traditional black paint
- Profusely decorated in the Victorian manner
- A central plaque depicts a reclined figure feeding a bird
- Shaped backrest with scrolls, swags and foliate details
- Attractive pierced, circular seat panel
- Raised on cabriole legs all round with elaborate knee casting
