This is a French antique pedestal, a marbled plant stand with ormolu, dating to c.1900.

Raised on lion paw feet to shaped plinth
Lower tier supporting four tapering columns
Rising from acanthus leaf mounts
Unusual textured ormolu finish
Green Belgian marbled top in good order

A striking and elaborate, sturdy platform. Solid joints and construction, delivered ready for the home.
