This is an antique technical drawing set. An English, architect's or cartographer's instrument case by the Army & Navy Co-Operative Society, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1920.

Comprehensive two-tier instrument set
Displays a desirable aged patina
Steel case shows pleasing weathering
Attractive brass and ivorine tools rest within a blue velvet lining

Set comprises 23 pieces, including two compass and eight rules
The long rulers situated neatly within the lower tray
