This is an antique small dresser. An English, mahogany sideboard with plate rack, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.
- Rare in size and form, this cute dresser has an endearing character
- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
- Select stocks present deep russet hues and fine grain interest
- Of narrow proportion, ideal for the entrance hall or smaller rooms
- Shallow crown moulding with an open top, casting light to the plate rack below
- Shaped upper apron shows Gothic revival overtones
- Useful sideboard with buttresses to each end, at a serving height of 76cm (30")
- Three drawers dressed with contrasting yew circular pulls
- Carved lower apron with sash motif accentuates the under tier
- Standing upon five square section feet
