This is an antique sideboard, an English Regency revival server in mahogany dating to the late 19th century circa 1890.
- Select mahogany with grain interest throughout
- Desirable aged patina in the lustrous, wax polished finish
- Displaying Sheraton influence and quality with classical overtones
- Raised on six, square section, tapering legs terminating in arrow feet
- Bow-fronted arrangement of a pair of cupboards flanking a frieze drawer
- Cupboard doors cock-beaded with good graining
- Drawer front butterfly veneeredand cock beaded
- Superior quality handles featuring pressed brass back-plates
- Solid brass keyhole linings and working locks and key
