This is an antique Imari pattern teapot. An English, ceramic decorative tea kettle, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.
- Delightful English interpretation of Japanese Imari
- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
- Glazed ceramic accentuated with deep colour and gilt touches
- Graceful spout and handle finished in cobalt blue accentuated with golden hues
- In hexagonal form, decorated with foliate motif throughout
- Unmarked as such, but in the pattern and form of Lingard & Webster Imari
