This is an antique dual aspect sewing table. An English, rosewood ladies work box, dating to the Regency period, circa 1820.
- Fascinating dual aspect table, with striking figuring and form
- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order

- Front fascia hosts a small drawer and sliding wool box with pleated upholstery
- In pleasingly clean order, the wool box offering a height of 19cm (7.5'')
- Reverse opening work surface with access to the internal storage compartment
- Dressed with inset locks to both fascia — keys absent
- Distinctive horse shoe support frames the wool box
- Hexagonal column tapering to a beaded collar above the hyperboloid base
- Riding smoothly upon a set of inset castors, enclosed within squat bun feet
