This is an antique decorative tea urn. An English, silver plated teapot, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.

- Displaying a desirable aged patina with light, natural tarnish commensurate with age
- Quality, Sheffield silver plate has a clear, bright reflective shine
- Hallmarks to base with the initials for John Turton & Co, Sheffield
- Delightful buttercup pull to lid with detailed petals and leaves
- Tall, globular body with ornate scrolled foliate motif and subtle golden colouration
- Serpentine handle with graceful scroll ends and ivorine inlay opposite a dashing spout
- Raised upon a tiered cylindrical base
