This is an antique castle purser's requisitions box. An English, oak mounted organiser case, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1870.
- Delightfully crafted baronial organiser with fine figuring and colour
- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout
- Select oak presents fine grain interest and deep caramel hues
- Striking leather hide concertina in very good condition
- Shaped apron upper with inset mounting loop for ease of hanging
- Fall front held securely with the lift-up lid
- Concertina opens outwards in the accordion manner
- Relief carved monogram to the centre with the initial TEB
