• Sumptuous colour and delightful figuring to this fine desk

• Walnut and Burr walnut stocks present fine grain interest
• Dashing caramel hues beam beneath a quality wax polish finish

• Low back rest adorned with brass gallery rails over two banks of small drawers
• Each drawer dressed with small brass pulls, decorated in ornate manner
• Superb marquetry enhances the writing surface, with book matched centrepiece
• Shaped front apron hosts a generous lower drawer, with inset working lock — key present

• Bowed hipline hosting long ormolu mounts with golden tonality
