This is a large vintage display vase. An Italian, art glass flower pot, dating to the late 20th century, circa 1970.

Fascinating late 20th century vase with strong visual appeal
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order
Rich red glass accentuated with a distinctive elongated orb pattern
Superb colour when backlit, or a more subtle ruby red away from the spotlight
Under certain light, the pattern redolent of a strawberry
Base finished with a rough carved pontil from the blowing process
