This is an antique wall charger. An Austrian, gilt ceramic decorative plate, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.

Striking classical theme and eye-catching finishes to this fine Vienna plate
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout
Quartet of medallions hosted upon a deep cobalt blue ground
Profusely accentuated with quality gilt patterns in foliate motif
Unmarked as such, but in the manner and quality of Royal Vienna
Dressed with mounting wire for ease of hanging
