This is an antique table-top newspaper rack. An English, oak and brass magazine or letter stand, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1880.
- Attractive stand, ideal for the morning paper or periodical
- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
- Select oak shows fine grain interest and rich caramel hues
- Brass rails present fine golden tones and gently domed curvature
- Standing upon four distinguished beehive feet
- Maker's engraving to base for S. Hall (1877-1886, Birmingham)
