This is an antique country house dumb waiter. An English, mahogany 2-tier serving table, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1780.
- Classic elegance and craftsmanship to this charming Georgian stand
- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
- Select stocks show fine grain interest and warm caramel hues
- Arranged over two tiers, the lower rotating for ease of serving
- A skilfully turned column creates a display space of 21.5cm (8.5'') between the tiers
- Lower support with a stout baluster over a collared mount
- Standing upon a trio of broad cabriole legs with a pronounced knee
- Each terminates in a distinctive snake foot
