This is a superb, heavy antique jam pan. An English, brass preserve cooking pot, dating to the late Georgian period, circa 1800.
- Wonderfully weathered pan with a reassuring weight of 6.74kg (14.85lb)
- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order
- Heavy brass shows an appealing tarnish and dark golden tones
- Tall iron loop handle, fixed and bound with rivets to the body
- Lighter golden tones to the attractive polished interior
