This is an antique decorative side table. A Continental, flip top wine or lamp stand in Regency revival taste, dating to the Victorian period and later, circa 1900.

- Hand-painted scene to top framed with walnut and boxwood, showing fine grain interest
- Octagonal tilting top ideal for displaying the scene of two lovers

- Distinctive base with scroll brackets over squat cabriole legs with scrolled toes
- Riding smoothly upon a set of brass castors
