This is an antique corner cabinet. An English, mahogany cupboard with Georgian revival taste, dating to the late Victoria period, circa 1880.
- Delightfully figured cabinet with a bright painted interior
- Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order
- Select stocks show fine grain interest and warm caramel hues
- Later painted interior a shock of light apple green
- Tiered crown moulding standing above the whole
- Field panel door further distinguished with a shaped dome top
- Dressed with a shaped lock escutcheon — key present
- A pair of brass butterfly hinges adorn the fascia
- Interior arranged as a trio of shelves with serpentine front edge to the upper pair
- Standing upon a canted plinth of shallow profile
- Suitable for wall mounting with a pair of brass loops to the rear
