This is an antique glazed bookcase. An English, light oak display or hall cabinet, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.

• Right-hand cabinet door dressed with an inset, working brass lined lock — key present

• Inset sliding clasps hold the left-hand door securely

• Base arranged with a pair of drawers over a useful cupboard
• Drawer fascia dressed with brass drop handles over decorated backplates
